Job summary

Squadio, a Global Remote-first IT service provider headquartered in Riyadh, is seeking a Product Manager to define vision and strategy to drive customer value and success. You will lead product lifecycle from ideation to market launch, act as servant leader in one of our development squads, and collaborate with designers, engineers, sales and operations to prioritize features and outcomes.

Fluent in English and Arabic required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Product Management experience.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams including sales, operations, UX/D and engineering.
• Saudi national only.

Responsibilities

• Provide Product vision, leadership, and direction to the team.
• Manage product full life cycle from ideation to market launch and sustaining.
• Act as a servant leader in one of our development squads.
• Compile product requirements, develop and manage the product roadmap, manage the delivery of product features, and assess impact.
• Develop and track clear and measurable outcomes, prioritized use cases and requirements.
• Lead Cross Functional Teams to meet customer and business objectives.
• Understand competitors and the market to drive prioritization and positioning.
• Create new growth opportunities through enabling revenue streams and use-cases.
• Develop and maintain differentiated offerings through an outcomes-oriented roadmap.
