Thisisgravitas is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to own the Marketplace in a major bank's mobile app in Riyadh. You will drive vision, strategy, and roadmaps, collaborating with Design, Technology, and senior leadership to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in product management within financial services, strong market insight, and experience with partnerships, ROI analyses, and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management or product design experience.
• 7+ years in Financial Services (corporate and/or retail).
• 7+ years of mobile product management, incl. marketplace or e-commerce contexts.
• Proven track record of delivering product roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
• BA/BS in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Arabic language proficiency preferred.
• Willing to be based in or relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• Can use AI workflows, Figma, Miro, Jira

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for the Marketplace in the bank's mobile app.
• Define the product vision, strategy, and success metrics. Align with digital strategy.
• Research market trends, competitors, and fintech innovations for roadmap.
• Develop ROI analyses and business cases for new features.
• Identify and pursue partnerships with third-party suppliers and merchants.
• Lead commercial discussions with partners, collaborating with legal and business teams.
• Translate vision into detailed requirements, wireframes, and user stories with Design/Tech.
• Advocate for user experience via usability studies and analytics.
• Establish a shared vision across stakeholders with clear prioritization.
• Present strategies, roadmaps, and results to management and C-level execs.
• Act as escalation point for marketplace decisions; balance goals and constraints.
• Drive efficiency in a dynamic, creative, pragmatic environment.

You will be embedded with one of our Financial Services clients in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, leading the Marketplace section of their mobile banking application. You will act as the strategic and executional bridge between Digital Marketing, Technology, Design, and Senior Leadership to define, build, and grow a best-in-class in-app marketplace experience.

Who you are

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for the Marketplace section of the bank’s mobile application, from ideation through launch and iteration.
• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and success metrics for the marketplace, ensuring alignment with the bank’s broader digital strategy.
• Continuously research market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging fintech innovations to independently build and maintain a forward-looking product roadmap.
• Develop detailed ROI analyses and business cases for new marketplace features, presenting data-driven recommendations to justify prioritisation decisions.
• Identify, evaluate, and pursue partnership opportunities with third-party suppliers, merchants, and service providers to expand the marketplace offering, including proactive outreach and relationship management.
• Lead commercial discussions and negotiations with potential partners, working with legal and business teams to bring deals to fruition.
• Collaborate closely with Design and Technology teams to translate the product vision into detailed requirements, wireframes, and user stories that guide implementation.
• Champion the user experience by integrating usability studies, user research, and data analytics into product decisions.
• Establish a shared product vision across cross-functional stakeholders through clear prioritisation frameworks and transparent communication.
• Present product strategies, roadmaps, feature proposals, and performance results to management and C-level executives with clarity and confidence.
• Act as the primary escalation point for marketplace-related decisions, balancing business goals, technical constraints, and user needs.
• Maximise efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where creative, pragmatic solutions are the norm.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management or product design experience.
• 7+ years of experience in Financial Services (corporate and/or retail), ideally with exposure to GCC/KSA markets.
• 7+ years of experience in mobile product management, including marketplace or e-commerce contexts.
• Proven track record of building and delivering product roadmaps with measurable business outcomes.
• BA/BS in Computer Science, Business, or a related technical field.
• Arabic language proficiency preferred.
• Willing to be based in or relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• Can use AI workflows, Figma, Miro, Jira
