Job summary

Mollkom is seeking a hybrid-available design professional in Riyadh to advance product experiences. You will research workflows, translate findings into concrete design issues, and contribute to design reviews, delegation, progress tracking, and recovery experiences.

You will prototype interactions, test user understanding, trust, and task completion while building consistent Arabic/RTL and accessible patterns with our engineering team.

Qualifications

• Portfolio showing reasoning, research, iteration and the effects of design choices.
• Experience with complex workflows or professional tools.
• Strength in interaction design, prototyping and design systems.
• Ability to work with system/model constraints and collaborate closely with engineers.
