Job summary

Jisr is building a modern, high-performing SDR organisation in Saudi Arabia and beyond. We seek a Product Designer to untangle complex HR workflows—payroll, compliance, and lifecycle—then shape them into coherent, trustworthy experiences for HR professionals across the region.

You will own design outcomes end to end, work with Research and Content Design, and drive clarity where ambiguity exists. Expect autonomy, collaboration, and the use of AI tools to move faster.

Qualifications

• Portfolio shows systems thinking, breakdown of messy problems and coherent solutions.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or regulated domains.
• Strong interaction and visual design grounded in solid IA.
• Experience in cross-functional squads with product managers, engineers, researchers and content designers.
• Autonomy in async-first, remote environments; proactive communication.

Responsibilities

• Map and decompose HR workflows to understand the full system before design.
• Own end-to-end design process from framing to production-ready specs.
• Collaborate with Research to plan studies and translate findings into design direction.
• Partner with Content Design to ensure clear, consistent product language.
• Contribute to and evolve a design system reflecting real usage.
• Work with Engineering to ensure design intent is implemented accurately.
• Use AI tools to accelerate research and generate content.
• Present concepts to stakeholders and iterate from feedback.
