Job summary

Lucidya is seeking a product designer to own problems from discovery through delivery and iteration. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and researchers to shape scalable, data-heavy enterprise experiences in Arabic and English.

We value a portfolio showing end-to-end thinking in B2B SaaS, strong prototyping skills in Figma, and fluency in RTL design. This Saudi-national role offers a collaborative environment and opportunities to influence design systems.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of product design or UX/UI experience, ideally in B2B or SaaS.
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking across platforms.
• Saudi national, as this role is designated for Saudi nationals.

Responsibilities

• Own problems end-to-end from discovery to delivery and iteration.
• Turn ambiguous briefs into clear user experiences with evidence.
• Design for outcomes, using research, data, and user feedback.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to shape what gets built.
• Raise the quality of products via design system contributions.
• Present thinking clearly to Product, Engineering, leadership, and stakeholders.
• Advocate for RTL and Arabic experiences across enterprise products.
