Job summary

Jisr, Saudi Arabia’s leading HR and payroll platform, seeks a Senior Product Designer to own end-to-end design for payroll, compliance and employee workflows across the region.

You will collaborate with Research and Content Design to ground decisions in user needs, evolve the design system, and partner with Engineering to ensure seamless implementation. AI tools accelerate research and design, enabling fast, high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product design in B2B SaaS or regulated domains.
• Portfolio showing systems thinking and how you break down messy problems.
• Strong interaction and visual design grounded in information architecture.
• Experience in cross-functional squads with product managers, engineers, researchers and content designers.
• Autonomy in async-first, remote environment and proactive communication.
• Familiarity with AI tools integrated into the design process.
• Excellent communication and ability to present to senior stakeholders.
• Experience with Figma and modern prototyping tools.

Responsibilities

• Map and decompose complex HR workflows before designing any interface.
• Own end-to-end design process from framing to production-ready specs.
• Collaborate with Research to plan studies and translate insights into design direction.
• Show work early; present concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback.
• Evolve and maintain the design system for scale across the platform.
• Work with Engineering to ensure design intent is implemented.
• Use AI-powered tools to accelerate research synthesis and generate content.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with clear trade-offs and transparency.
