Job summary

Schneider Electric - UAE is seeking a Product Application Engineer Busway Business to drive technical specifications and adoption of Busway solutions across Buildings, Data Centers, Industry and Infrastructure segments. You will act as the technical partner for customers, consultants, contractors, and sales teams to deliver compliant power distribution solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 3-7 years of experience in power distribution or application engineering.
• Experience with Busway/Busduct, Switchgear, Transformers, or LV distribution systems.
• Strong knowledge of IEC standards.
• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Review project specifications to develop optimized power distribution solutions.
• Prepare technical proposals, compliance statements, and client presentations.
• Provide technical support and application expertise for Busway solutions.

Drive the technical application specification and adoption of Schneider Electric Busway solutions across Buildings Data Centers Industry and Infrastructure segments Act as the technical partner for customers consultants contractors and sales teams to deliver competitive and compliant power distribution solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Review project specifications single-line diagrams and layouts to develop optimized solutions
• Prepare technical proposals compliance statements and customer presentations
• Provide technical support and application expertise for Schneider Electric Busway solutions
• Support specification activities with consultants EPCs contractors and end users
• Collaborate with sales teams to secure project wins and grow the Busway business pipeline
• Support project execution technical clarifications installation guidance and troubleshooting
• Conduct customer training technical workshops and product presentations
• Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on customer needs and competitor activities

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 3-7 years of experience in power distribution, application engineering, or technical sales.
• Experience with Busway/Busduct, Switchgear, Transformers, or LV Distribution systems.
