Job summary

Schneider Electric - UAE is seeking a Product Application Engineer Busway Business to drive technical specifications and adoption of Busway solutions across Buildings, Data Centers, Industry and Infrastructure segments. You will act as the technical partner for customers, consultants, contractors, and sales teams to deliver compliant power distribution solutions.

The role involves reviewing project specs, preparing proposals, providing application expertise, supporting consultants and EPCs, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
3-7 years of experience in power distribution or application engineering.
Experience with Busway/Busduct, Switchgear, Transformers, or LV distribution systems.
Strong knowledge of IEC standards.
Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.

Responsibilities

Review project specifications to develop optimized power distribution solutions.
Prepare technical proposals, compliance statements, and client presentations.
Provide technical support and application expertise for Busway solutions.
Support specification activities with consultants, EPCs, and contractors.
Collaborate with sales teams to win projects and grow the Busway pipeline.
Assist project execution with technical clarifications and installation guidance.
Conduct customer trainings and product presentations.
Gather market feedback on customer needs and competitor activities.
