Job summary

Target Engineering Construction Co LLC is seeking a Procurement Quality Control Supervisor (Mechanical) to oversee quality activities across major projects. You will ensure purchased mechanical materials and vendor items meet project specs and standards before site delivery.

Role requires extensive QA/QC experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or industrial sectors, with strong knowledge of supplier audits, FATs, ITPs, and NCR management. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years QA/QC experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or related sectors.
• At least 3 years in procurement quality, vendor inspection or supplier quality management.
• Experience with piping, valves, tanks, and mechanical systems is preferred.
• Experience coordinating vendor inspections and FATs.
• Willingness to travel for supplier audits and factory visits.

Responsibilities

• Procurement quality planning: define quality requirements in procurement packages and ITPs.
• Vendor qualification: assess supplier quality systems and perform audits.
• Factory surveillance: plan inspections at vendor/manufacturer facilities.
• FAT oversight: witness FATs and review test procedures and certificates.
• Non-conformance: manage NCRs and drive corrective actions with suppliers.
• Documentation: maintain MRBs, inspection records, and quality dossiers.
