Job summary

DSV in Saudi Arabia seeks a Project Manager, Pricing & Tendering to lead pricing, tendering, procurement and vendor relations across Air, Ocean, Road and Project Logistics. The role requires hands-on involvement in heavy lift and project cargo, with focus on competitive pricing and margins.

You will work with Commercial, Operations and Procurement to support RFQs, customer tenders and spot quotes, while developing practical, commercially viable solutions and maintaining accurate pricing records

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding, logistics pricing, tendering, procurement, or project logistics.
• Strong experience in RFQs, RFPs, tenders, and pricing requests.
• Good knowledge of Air and Ocean Freight and Road Transport.
• Excellent vendor sourcing, rate negotiation, and supplier management.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills; advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage pricing activities across Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Road Transport, and Project Logistics.
• Review RFQs, RFPs, tenders, and commercial requirements; prepare submissions.
• Develop door-to-door pricing solutions including all logistics costs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure feasible pricing.
• Source and manage vendors, negotiate rates, and maintain documentation.
• Support end-to-end project pricing including origin, freight, and inland transport.
• Maintain vendor databases and rate sheets.
