Job summary

ARX is seeking a PMO & reporting engineer for our Riyadh office. The role focuses on setting up and maintaining PMO governance, delivering dashboards, and driving reliable project reporting across design, planning, and commercial teams.

You will track progress with Primavera P6/MS Project, manage earned value, and ensure data quality for senior stakeholders. English required; Arabic a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• 8+ years in PMO, project controls, or reporting on infrastructure projects.
• At least 3 years in KSA with giga-project or government-client reporting exposure.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run the project PMO daily operations and governance.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and client dashboards.
• Develop dashboards using Power BI and Excel for management insight.
• Track progress against baseline using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Monitor earned value, progress, and productivity metrics.
• Maintain risk, issue, change, and decision registers.
• Coordinate inputs from design, planning, commercial and site teams.
• Prepare management presentation material for ARX leadership.
