Job summary

Cornerstone Global Partners (CGP Group) is seeking a Senior PMO Manager for an operational readiness programme in the energy sector in Saudi Arabia. The role is permanent with start as soon as possible, acting as the central interface between the client, stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure alignment of schedules and milestones.

Qualifications

• Strong PMO experience, operating at Senior Project Manager level.
• Proven track record coordinating multiple stakeholders, schedules and priorities on complex projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Practical, hands-on approach to managing project interfaces.
• Background in construction, infrastructure, energy or utilities.
• Willingness to be based in a remote area.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client and stakeholder interfaces to drive operational readiness.
• Align stakeholder schedules, delivery activities and key milestones.
• Keep coordination running across the parties involved in delivering the programme.
• Report progress and delivery alignment to the project management and project controls teams.
• Work closely with the wider delivery team to keep the programme on track against critical deadlines.
