Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Asset Management Platform PMO in Riyadh, driving rollout, integration, and optimization of a centralized digital asset ecosystem. The role requires extensive experience in technology PMOs, ERP, and asset management systems across smart city assets and city operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience leading technology PMOs or ERP projects.
• PMP or PgMP certification is mandatory; Agile/PRINCE2/Scrum desirable.
• Experience with mega-projects in smart city, utilities or public sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PMO for rollout, enhancement, integration, and optimization of the asset management platform.
• Develop and maintain the master deployment schedule for releases, modules, and integrations.
• Establish governance, stage gates, reporting templates, and escalation procedures.
• Coordinate multi-vendor delivery, budgets, risks, and resource planning.
• Provide executive dashboards and reports for steering committees and leadership.
