Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Planning & Schedules Engineer (ideally Saudi National) to lead all planning, scheduling, forecasting and delay analysis across major road and infrastructure programs. You will develop and optimize the master schedule, review contractor plans and monitor progress with detailed dashboards.

The role requires 15+ years in project controls, strong Primavera P6 skills, and leadership capabilities to mentor the planning team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of planning experience on major infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, highways).
• Expert in Primavera P6 with strong MS Project knowledge and other planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage and optimize the Master Project Schedule using Primavera P6 and ensure integration with scope, resources and timelines.
• Review contractor baseline schedules for logical sequencing and provide recommendations for approvals or revisions.
• Monitor progress with regular updates and analyze schedule variances to propose corrective actions.
