Penspen is a leading energy services company with 65+ years in engineering, project management and integrity services worldwide. Penspen is looking for a Senior Scheduling/Planning Engineer and Senior Cost Budget Controller to work on our PMS project in India.

The role manages the project controls team and supports project management in cost, schedule and risk review. This position requires extensive experience in planning, scheduling, cost estimation and budget control for major oil and gas

Qualifications

• 14+ years in project controls, planning and cost control for major oil and gas projects.
• PMC experience in a similar role is preferable.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project controls team across multiple projects.
• Review FEL1 and FEL2 deliverables for cost, schedule and risk.
• Provide project control support to the Project Management team.
