Job summary

Penspen is seeking a Scheduling/Planning Engineer in Saudi Arabia, Eastern Province. The successful candidate will manage the project controls team and provide support to the Project Management team.

The role includes reviewing early-stage deliverables for cost, schedule, and risk. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or an equivalent, alongside substantial experience in project controls and planning.

Qualifications

• Eight years' experience preferred.
• Twelve years' experience for alternative qualification.

Responsibilities

• Manage project controls team and support the Project Management team.
• Review early-stage deliverables regarding cost, schedule, and risk.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent closely related field

Diploma or equivalent with a Certificate from a recognized agency in Planning and Scheduling

Engineering, construction, or project management degree
