Job summary

JASARA Program Management Company is looking for an experienced Senior Planning Manager to oversee the planning of stadium and arena projects aligned with Saudi Arabia Vision 2030 initiatives. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of planning experience in construction and strong leadership abilities.

Key responsibilities include managing deliverables, leading risk management, and integrating planning with commercial functions. Experience in the KSA/Middle East and Primavera certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of planning/scheduling experience in construction delivery, preferably in a contractor or consulting role.
• Experience in the KSA/Middle East is preferred.
• Primavera certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage team deliverables, set objectives, monitor performance, and develop the team.
• Lead planning, cost, resourcing, and risk management.
• Support Project Management tender delivery, ensuring on‑time execution.
