Job summary

Radian Engineering Consulting Company in Riyadh seeks a Senior Project Planning & Controls Manager to lead the master schedule and controls across infrastructure, roads, and utility packages on large-scale developments.

The role requires leading schedule development, risk analysis, and client reporting, with extensive experience in multi-package projects in the Middle East. Fluency in English is required and Saudi work authorization preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering, Planning, MIS, or equivalent.
• 25 years of overall relevant experience.
• 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• 5 years of regional (Middle East) experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of the master project schedule and controls systems.
• Oversee progress monitoring, schedule risk analysis, and reporting for the full scope.
• Manage review and validation of contractor programmes and progress claims.
• Provide schedule/controls advice to project leadership, including delay and impact analysis.
• Ensure project controls processes align with Client reporting and governance requirements.
• Proven scheduling of multi-package infrastructure/utility works on a single master schedule.
• Lead project planning and controls across infrastructure and utility packages, managing schedule risk, programme validation, and Client reporting.
• Direct project controls across multiple interfacing infrastructure and utility packages on large-scale developments, managing schedule integration and delay analysis on complex programs.
