Confidential is seeking an experienced Performance and Reporting Leader to develop and implement a comprehensive framework for monitoring project performance, KPI tracking, and management reporting. You will oversee data collection, ensure accuracy, and drive optimization across departments.

With 15+ years in large project environments, you will mentor teams, coordinate with IT, present to senior management, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to elevate overall project performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 15 years' experience in project management on large projects.
• Knowledge of project management processes and procedures.
• Experience with start-up / set up work processes.
• Leadership and personnel administration experience.
• Excellent analysis and report-writing skills.
• Proven ability to present to management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a performance monitoring and reporting framework for projects.
• Oversee collection, analysis, and reporting of KPIs across departments.
