Job summary

JASARA Program Management Company is seeking a Project Management Senior Specialist to design, develop, and optimize data-driven project reporting and dashboards. You will build tools using Power BI, Power Query, and DAX to monitor schedule, cost, risk, and KPIs across complex programs, integrating data from diverse systems.

The ideal candidate combines software engineering or technical expertise with PMO experience, capable of bridging project teams and technology to deliver actionable insights

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in software engineering, CS, IT, engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience in software development, data analytics, digital transformation, and project management.
• Strong programming experience in Python, SQL, JavaScript, and/or C#.
• Advanced Power BI skills: Power Query, DAX, data modelling, dashboards.
• Experience integrating data from multiple systems and building PMIS or digital project controls.
• Experience in PMO, project controls, construction, or large-scale projects is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance project management systems, digital tools, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
• Design and automate project reporting using Power BI, Power Query, DAX, and analytics tools.
• Create interactive dashboards tracking performance, schedule, cost, risk, and KPIs.
• Integrate data from multiple project systems and consolidate reporting.
• Automate repetitive PM and reporting activities through scripting.
• Develop data models, pipelines, and workflows to improve data accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with PMO, IT, Planning, Cost and Commercial teams to translate needs.
• Establish standardized reporting templates and visualization standards.
• Support PMIS deployment and digital project controls solutions.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and clear executive dashboards.
• Provide technical support on Power BI and reporting tools.
• Identify opportunities for automation and advanced analytics.

Job description

The Project Management Senior Specialist will support the planning monitoring reporting and digital management of complex projects by developing data-driven tools dashboards and reporting solutions The ideal candidate will have a strong software engineering or technical background combined with project management experience with proven expertise in programming data analytics and Power BI

Key Responsibilities

• Develop maintain and enhance project management systems digital tools dashboards and reporting solutions
• Design and automate project reporting processes using Power BI Power Query DAX and other data analytics tools
• Develop interactive dashboards to track project performance schedule cost risk resources procurement and key performance indicators KPIs
• Integrate data from multiple project systems databases spreadsheets and enterprise platforms to create reliable and consolidated reporting
• Apply programming and scripting skills to automate repetitive project management and reporting activities
• Develop data models data pipelines and automated workflows to improve the accuracy and efficiency of project information
• Work closely with Project Controls Planning Cost Commercial PMO and IT teams to understand reporting requirements and translate them into digital solutions
• Analyze project data and identify trends deviations risks and areas requiring management attention
• Establish standardized reporting templates dashboards data structures and visualization standards across projects
• Support the development and implementation of project management information systems PMIS and digital project controls solutions
• Ensure data quality integrity consistency and appropriate governance across project reporting platforms
• Prepare executive-level dashboards and management reports providing clear insights into project performance and delivery
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams on Power BI data visualization reporting tools and digital project management solutions
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve project reporting through automation analytics and emerging technologies

Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering , Project Management, or a related discipline.10+ years of professional experience , preferably combining software development, data analytics, digital transformation, and project management.Strong experience in programming/software development , preferably using Python, SQL, JavaScript, C#, or similar languages.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power BI , including Power Query, DAX, data modelling, dashboard development, and visualization.Strong knowledge of SQL, databases, data integration, and data transformation.Experience developing automated reporting solutions and integrating data from multiple systems.Experience working within PMO, project controls, construction, engineering, or large-scale project environments is highly desirable.Familiarity with project management systems, PMIS, ERP platforms, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar project management applications is advantageous.Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.The ideal candidate is a software engineer or technically oriented project management professional who can bridge the gap between project teams and technology. The candidate should be capable of understanding complex project data, developing robust programming and automation solutions, and translating information into intuitive Power BI dashboards and actionable management insights .
