Job summary

KBR is seeking an experienced Planner OSCH20 - Specialist, Scheduling/Planning to prepare weekly and monthly maintenance plans across mechanical, electrical, instrument and general services in our Saudi project environment.

The role demands strong planning, SAP-based scheduling, cross-functional coordination and proactive problem solving within oil & gas maintenance contexts. You’ll liaise with multiple stakeholders to ensure resources, parts and timelines align with safety and reliability goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Oil & Gas maintenance planning or scheduling
• Experience with SAP-based maintenance planning is essential
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly and monthly routine and preventive maintenance plans.
• Ensure proper resource planning and sourcing for plans.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align maintenance activities with schedule.
• Utilize SAP and other software to implement and track plans.
• Maintain historical records and reporting on maintenance activities.
