Job summary

Dar Al Riyadh Group seeks a Control and Performance Management Expert in Riyadh. The role focuses on building and maintaining a robust performance framework, defining KPIs for dam operations, and delivering data-driven insights to senior leadership.

You will lead dashboards, collaborate with operations, maintenance, engineering, planning, and contracts, and ensure actionable improvements through formal action tracking and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent with 16+ years experience in control and performance management.
• Proven ability to develop KPIs, monitor performance and report findings to leadership.
• Strong data analysis, reporting and dashboarding capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive performance management framework aligned with program objectives.
• Define and monitor KPIs for dam operations, maintenance, reliability, safety and contractor performance.
• Measure performance against KPIs, SLAs and contractual requirements; highlight risks and gaps.
• Analyze operational data and trends; prepare dashboards and management reports.
• Recommend corrective actions and maintain action registers through closure.
• Coordinate reviews with operations, engineering, contracts, safety and risk teams.
• Identify opportunities to automate monitoring and adopt digital tools.
• Present findings and recommendations to management; coordinate with stakeholders.
