Job summary

DAR AL RIYADH seeks a senior performance management professional to develop and maintain frameworks aligned with strategic objectives. You will define and monitor KPIs for dam operations, maintenance, and contractor performance, and prepare dashboards and reports for leadership.

Responsibilities include coordinating reviews with cross-functional teams, evaluating performance against SLAs, and identifying automation opportunities with digital tools. Saudi Arabia experience is preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 16 years of professional experience in control, monitoring and performance management.
Experience developing and managing operational and strategic KPIs.
Experience with performance dashboards and management reporting.
Experience with government/public-sector organizations in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a performance management framework aligned with the program's strategic and operational objectives.
Define review and monitor key performance indicators for dam operations, maintenance, asset reliability, safety, quality, and contractor performance.
Prepare performance dashboards, scorecards, and management reports highlighting achievements, risks, gaps and decisions.
Coordinate performance reviews with operations, maintenance, engineering, planning, contracts, safety, quality and risk-management teams.
Identify opportunities to automate performance monitoring and introduce digital tools and technologies.
