Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations.
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, benefits, and performance management.
• Collaborate with department leaders to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Advise managers and employees on policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Implement and support employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Conduct training sessions on HR policies, compliance, and professional development opportunities.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and improve service delivery and employee satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain accurate records.
• Contribute to development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
