Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a Senior Manager Culture Strategy to lead portfolio asset and project strategies across the Culture portfolio, driving strategic analysis, financial modeling and market research to support decision-making and long-term value creation.

You will work across diverse cultural assets and initiatives, building briefs, plans and recommendations, and presenting to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in real estate and culture projects.
• Bachelor's in Business Administration, Engineering or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of portfolio asset and project strategies across Culture portfolio.
• Develop strategy briefs, project plans and strategic recommendations to support projects and decision-making.
• Build financial models, P&Ls, forecasts and scenario analyses.
• Conduct market research, benchmarking, trend analysis and competitive assessments.
• Generate data-driven strategic insights and recommendations to inform executive decision-making.
• Support portfolio planning, prioritization and decision-making across the Culture portfolio.
• Lead strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives ensuring high-quality delivery against objectives and timelines.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, reports and materials for committees and senior stakeholders.
• Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, consultants and partners to drive alignment and outcomes.
