Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a Senior Manager Culture Strategy to lead portfolio asset and project strategies across the Culture portfolio, driving strategic analysis, financial modeling and market research to support decision-making and long-term value creation.

You will work across diverse cultural assets and initiatives, building briefs, plans and recommendations, and presenting to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in real estate and culture projects.
Bachelor's in Business Administration, Engineering or related fields.

Responsibilities

Lead the development of portfolio asset and project strategies across Culture portfolio.
Develop strategy briefs, project plans and strategic recommendations to support projects and decision-making.
Build financial models, P&Ls, forecasts and scenario analyses.
Conduct market research, benchmarking, trend analysis and competitive assessments.
Generate data-driven strategic insights and recommendations to inform executive decision-making.
Support portfolio planning, prioritization and decision-making across the Culture portfolio.
Lead strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives ensuring high-quality delivery against objectives and timelines.
Prepare executive-level presentations, reports and materials for committees and senior stakeholders.
Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, consultants and partners to drive alignment and outcomes.
