Job summary
Epergne Solutions in Riyadh is seeking a Senior Pega Business Analyst with deep experience in Pega, commercial banking, and lending to liaise with stakeholders and technical teams. You will drive end-to-end lending projects, from origination to servicing, using Pega-based case management and data models.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years in business analysis, hands-on Pega 8.x, and strong communication skills to present insights to senior stakeholders. Saudi banking experience is highly valued.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of business analysis experience with strong Pega exposure.
- Hands-on Pega 8.x experience including Case Management, DCO, Case Types, Stages and Data Models.
- End-to-end Commercial Lending experience across loan origination, credit assessment, underwriting, collateral management and loan servicing.
- Strong skills in requirements elicitation, process mapping, user stories and Agile/Jira.
- Customer-facing experience with stakeholder communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in UI/UX and customer journey projects is preferred.
- PCBA certification is an added advantage.
- Middle East banking, SAMA, Islamic Finance experience is a plus.
- Experience implementing AI use cases is an additional advantage.

- 10+ years of Business Analysis experience with strong Pega implementation exposure.
- Hands-on experience with Pega 8.x, Case Management, DCO, Case Types, Stages, and Data Models.
