Job summary

KFSHRC in Riyadh seeks a Patient Access and Eligibility professional to coordinate referrals with medical departments and case management. You will receive physicians’ opinions and process them, ensuring accurate and timely handling of patient referrals.

You will sort, file, and track referrals, resolve issues with the automated system, and support continuous education and process improvements within the hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related discipline.
• Three (3) years of related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with Medical Departments and Case Management regarding patient referrals.
• Receives medical physicians’ opinion and processes it.
• Sorts all incoming acted upon referrals from medical departments.
• Coordinates with Section Heads of medical departments to finish all pending referrals.
• Files all referrals in chronological order for easy retrieval.
• Coordinates services and resolves problems regarding the automated system with departments and employees.
• Evaluates all rejected cases to assist patients.
• Closes all cases once completed.
• Follows all Hospital related policies and procedures.
• Participates in self and others’ education, training and development, as applicable.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education
