Responsibilities

• 1 Sorts all incoming acted upon referrals from medical departments
• 2 Coordinates with Section Heads of medical departments to finish all pending referrals
• 3 Files all referrals in chronological order for easy retrieval
• 4 Coordinates services and resolves problems regarding the automated system with departments and employees
• 5 Evaluates all rejected cases to assist patients
• 6 Closes all cases once completed
• 7 Follows all Hospital related policies and procedures
• 8 Participates in self and others education training and development as applicable
• 9 Performs other related duties as assigned

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Healthcare Administration, or other related discipline
