Dallah Health is seeking a Revenue Cycle professional to support medical administration and contract handling. The role involves assisting in billing, claims processing, and coordination with clinical staff to meet client contract requirements.

Qualifications

• 3 years postgraduate experience in medical practice.
• 2 years practical experience in medical administration.
• Basic Medical Degree Licensed by the Saudi Ministry of Health; Postgraduate Medical Degree.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Revenue Cycle management in medical administration of the business.
• Participate in creation of contractual agreements with clients.
• Providing the medical support to approval section.
• Providing the medical support to claims processing center.
• Provide the medical support to billing section.
• Coordinating with the medical staff for the client s contracts requirements and forms.
• Coordinate with Ins Co for Rejection amp Reply of Insurance Company rejections.
• Responsible for reconciliation with Ins Co for final settlement.
• Actively involved in indicator development and data collection to measure performance.
• Participates in hospital Safety Management and Risk Management Programs.
• Reports incidents in the system and participates in incident review and root cause analysis.
• Performs other duties within the range of professional knowledge as directed by the Revenue Cycle Director.

• Actively reports incidents in the system and whenever needed participates in incident review and root cause analysis
• Performs any other duties within the range of his her professional knowledge and skills as directed by the Revenue Cycle Director
