Job summary

Maaden seeks a seasoned professional to lead technical solution delivery for Procure-to-Pay initiatives. You will translate business challenges into scalable, integrated technology solutions and guide cross-functional teams across data science, engineering, and external partners.

The role focuses on defining plans, ensuring quality, and aligning with enterprise standards to realize measurable business value in P2P processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mining/minerals or related engineering/IT fields.
• 5–10 years of technical delivery, analytics, or solution-design experience.
• Exposure to P2P, procurement, supply chain, ERP, or workflow automation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Capture requirements for P2P initiatives by translating business challenges into clear solution needs.
• Define solution plans and work packages with platform and delivery priorities.
• Guide delivery teams to ensure correct implementation of designs and quality standards.
• Resolve technical and integration issues that impact outcomes, quality, or value realization.
