Job summary

Maaden seeks an experienced Technical Solutions Architect to own solution design and guide cross-functional delivery teams. You will work with domain architects to ensure scalable and integrated architectures that align with enterprise standards.

Responsibilities include translating business needs into concrete technical plans and guiding data scientists, engineers, and digital specialists through delivery cycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mining or Minerals Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical Electrical or Industrial also applicable), Computer Science and / or Data Science
• 5–10 years’ experience in technical, analytics, or technology delivery roles
• Proven experience owning solution design and guiding delivery teams
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments

Responsibilities

• Manage Solution delivery
• Translate business challenges and troubleshoot site-based evidence for solutions
• Translate priority elements of solutioning to meet Business Unit objectives for tech domains
• Resolve technical and integration issues impacting outcomes
• Ensure designs are scalable, integrated and aligned with standards
• Guide delivery teams to ensure correct implementation and quality
• Provide technical direction, design clarification, and oversight throughout delivery
• Ensure implementation meets functional, performance and quality expectations
• Shape initiative scope and value hypotheses with business partners
• Align initiatives with KPIs and priorities
• Surface technical risks and dependencies early
