Job summary

Client of Ethra Hr is seeking a Procurement Manager to develop and implement effective strategies aligned with client requirements. You will oversee the complete procurement cycle, negotiate contracts, and lead a team to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.

The role requires strong experience in supplier management, risk analysis, and cost-saving initiatives, with fluency in English. Open to all nationalities, Saudi nationals preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business Admin, SCM, Procurement).
• 5+ years in Procurement or related field.
• 2+ years in a managerial role with end-to-end P2P experience.
• Experience across multiple procurement categories and supplier management.
• Fluent English; Saudi National preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business/client requirements.
• Manage complete procurement cycle from sourcing through delivery and P2P.
• Lead supplier negotiations on pricing, terms, and contracts; monitor performance.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and perform procurement risk analyses.
• Mentor and manage the procurement team; maintain procurement records and contracts.
