Job summary

Chalhoub Group is seeking a diligent Warehouse Operative in Riyadh to support receiving, stock control and order fulfilment across our logistics network. You will join a team focused on accuracy, safety and efficiency, handling goods and preparing shipments for dispatch in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes adherence to standard processes, basic computer use and familiarity with WMS. Previous experience is welcome but not required, with on‑the‑job training provided to develop

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in warehouse operations or a related field is advantageous but not required. On-the-job training will be provided.
• Skills: Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus. Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks.
• Knowledge: Understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and shipping/receiving processes is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Goods receiving function including loading, checking and put away of all incoming consignments.
• Order preparation such as picking and packing of customer orders as required.
• Ensure proper checking, dispatch and loading of vehicles against dispatch documentation.
• Carry out activities such as scanning, labeling and other value-added services as required.
• Ensure accurate stock replenishment.
• Assist in stock counts, verifications, or other projects as instructed; maintain stock handling accuracy.
• Follow standard processes, procedures and work instructions.
• Maintain machinery, equipment and resources in good condition and ensure safety.

What You’ll Be Doing

The Operative must carry out warehouse operations such as shipment receiving, checking, order preparation and dispatching.

Key Responsibilities

• Goods receiving function such as Oכּoading, Checking and Put away of all incoming consignments. Order preparation such as Picking & Packing of customer order as per requirement.
• Ensure proper checking, dispatch and loading of vehicles against the dispatch documentation. Carry out activities such as Scanning, cello wrapping, heat shrinking, labelling or other value-added services as per requirement.
• Ensure accurate stock replenishment
• Assist in stock counts, verifications, or other projects as instructed. Ensure careful and correct handling of stock
• Strictly follow standard processes, procedures and work instructions.
• Ensure Machinery, equipment, consumables and other resources are carefully & efficiently used and well maintained.
• Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in warehouses, tool rooms, supply rooms, or other areas
• Report any defects or damage of stock to Supervisors Ensuring that the warehouse is kept clean and tidy.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and be customer focus at all times. Maintain a cooperative work environment.
• Ensure that department keeps a high standard of health and safety and environmental performance as per ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Report all incidents, of any nature and however caused, to their immediate superior completing all necessary documentation promptly and accurately.
• Not intentionally or recklessly interfere with or misuse any equipment provided for ensuring health, safety or welfare.
• Report damage to equipment fixtures and fittings, MHE defects, accidents at work.
