Job summary

OMNILOG in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Senior Operations Executive to lead end-to-end shipment coordination, manage documentation, and ensure customs compliance across international flows.

They will liaise with carriers, brokers and clients, supervise vendor relations, monitor KPIs, and drive process improvements while delivering clear updates and ensuring regulatory adherence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of freight forwarding operations experience.
• Deep knowledge of international shipping, customs regulations, and trade compliance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with logistics software and MS Office.

Senior Operations Executive – KSA

Roles & Responsibilities

• Shipment Coordination

  Coordinate and manage the end-to-end shipment process, ensuring timely and accurate movement of goods.

  Liaise with carriers, shipping lines, and other logistics partners to secure transportation services.

  Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and provide timely updates to clients.

• Documentation

  Prepare and manage all required shipping and customs documentation.

  Ensure compliance with local and international regulations for import and export.

• Customs Compliance

  Stay updated on customs regulations and ensure proper documentation for customs clearance.

  Coordinate with customs brokers to facilitate the smooth clearance of shipments.

• Client Communication

  Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates on shipment status and addressing any queries or concerns.

  Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to meet client expectations.

• Vendor Management
