Job summary

KEO International Consultants in Madinah, KSA, seeks a Senior Project Construction Manager to lead on-site construction for a landmark mixed-use development, including a luxury hotel, residential, retail, and commercial components.

The role requires overseeing schedules, budgets, QA/QC, HSE, and coordination with contractors and stakeholders, with extensive experience in hospitality and multi-building projects across the GCC.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of work experience with at least 5 years in GCC region.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure schedules, budgets, safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate between contractors, consultants and client stakeholders to deliver world-class assets.
• Review construction methodologies, sequencing, logistics, and site execution strategies.
• Ensure QA/QC procedures, ITPs, WIRs, MIRs, NCR management and corrective actions.
