Job summary

KEO International invites a skilled Construction Manager to join our award-winning team in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. You will lead the construction delivery of six hotel towers, coordinating MEP and architectural interfaces while managing safety, quality and schedule across the cluster.

The role requires a minimum of 20 years in civil engineering with Mega Project or hospitality experience. You will mentor site teams and align with stakeholders to deliver integrated, high-end hospitality

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years’ career experience with a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Must have Mega Project / Hospitality / Hotel / High Rise experience.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining professional relationships with stakeholders to ensure requirements are met.
• Overseeing contractor works on site to ensure scope is met.
• Coordinating six hotel towers’ construction across mobilisation, testing, commissioning and handover.
