Job summary

KEO International is seeking a seasoned Project Construction Manager for a landmark mixed-use mega development in Madinah, KSA. The role oversees on-site construction across luxury hotel, residential, retail, and commercial components, coordinating contractors, consultants, and client stakeholders to deliver world-class assets.

Ideal candidates bring 20+ years of experience in mixed-use developments, fluency in English, and strong leadership across multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of work experience, GCC experience preferred.
• Proven ability to manage large mixed-use developments.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site construction activities for large-scale projects.
• Coordinate multiple contractors and design teams.
• Ensure schedules, budgets, safety, and quality compliance.
• Review methodologies, sequences, logistics, and site execution.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and report to stakeholders.
• Ensure QA/QC, ITPs, and regulatory adherence.
