Job summary

Petroraq Engineering & Construction in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Odoo developer to design, customize and maintain Odoo modules. You will work with Python, XML, JavaScript and PostgreSQL to implement ERP solutions tailored to construction and EPC projects.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of Odoo experience, fluency in English, and knowledge of Saudi HR/payroll processes is a plus; experience with Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, ZATCA, EOSB is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of Odoo development and implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of Odoo Community & Enterprise editions.
• Experience in ERP implementation for Construction, EPC, or Engineering companies preferred.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize and maintain Odoo modules using Python, XML, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL.
• Implement and configure Odoo ERP based on business requirements.
• Customize workflows, reports, dashboards and approval processes.
• Gather business requirements and recommend ERP solutions.
• Troubleshoot, optimize and maintain Odoo applications.
• Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and APIs.
• Provide user training, documentation and post-implementation support.
