Job summary

Saudi Gold Refinery SGR seeks an experienced Odoo Developer in Riyadh to design, customize, and maintain Odoo ERP modules for refining operations. You will translate plant and corporate processes into stable modules, ensure bullion inventory accuracy, and support regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering.
• Minimum of five years of experience developing and deploying Odoo ERP modules in production environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, and the Odoo OWL framework.
• Experience integrating ERP platforms with government portals, financial systems, and industrial IoT devices.
• Structured debugging methodologies and comprehensive technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Custom Module Development: Write and deploy Python/XML extensions for Dore bar receipts, refining yields, and bullion inventory tracking across vaults and assays.
• API Integration Architecture: Build REST/SOAP connectors to synchronize Odoo with lab information systems, industrial weighing hardware, and ZATCA e-invoicing.
• Database Performance Optimization: Optimize queries for sub-second reporting across shifts.
• Security and Access Control: Configure RBAC, MFA, and encryption to meet LBMA and audit standards.
• Production Incident Resolution: Analyze logs and traces to diagnose failures and deploy fixes within SLAs.
• Regulatory Compliance Integration: Automate data pipelines to payroll, attendance, and contractor records for Qiwa, Mudad, and GOSI.
• Technical Documentation and Version Control: Maintain Git repo with standards and peer reviews.
• User Training and Knowledge Transfer: Train super-users and conduct audits.
• System Deployment and Change Management: Manage containerized deployments and coordinated releases.
