Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• More than 6 years of experience in OFR/Logistics or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Implement OFR Ops/CS plans to provide ocean freight services for internal and external customers.
• Analyze and collate requirements of freight control center and support operations with details and instructions.
• Coordinate freight administration for allocation and reservations of freight on planned line haul.
• Develop and execute plans for ocean freight products in areas like perishables, pharma, aviation.
• Identify opportunities to expand business with new clients and improve in-house customer services.
• Build close relationships with clients, conduct visits, and maintain retention.
