Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience/qualification.
• 6+ years of experience in logistics, freight, or operations.
• Proven P&L management experience in a logistics environment.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Owns P&L within their area and drives GP growth.
• Oversee a team of department managers, supervisors, and ocean freight specialists.
• Ensure service quality and regulatory compliance across shipments.
• Build supplier relationships and optimize profitability.
• Lead continuous improvement using standard performance tools.
