Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in mining or related field.
• 5–12+ years of progressive mining or heavy industrial experience.
• Strong safety leadership experience.
• Familiarity with CMMS/EAM systems (e.g., SAP/Maximo).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and English language.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support safe, efficient mining and processing operations.
• Strengthen HSE performance across operations.
• Drive operational performance via production planning.
• Manage KPIs and cost control.
• Provide technical input to mine planning.
• Optimize processing plant performance.
• Oversee maintenance and reliability strategies for assets.
