Job summary

Careermine in Saudi Arabia seeks a Mine Technical Services professional to provide technical linkage between SCCL and the client and to deliver information for short-term and long-term decisions. The role includes establishing productivity benchmarks, monitoring schedules, budgeting, and producing weekly/monthly mine plans and invoicing data.

The ideal candidate will support the Drill and Blast team, act as Technical Services Manager when required, and work independently within a team to adapt

Responsibilities

• Provide technical linkage between SCCL and the client.
• Provide full technical information required by Senior Management for short term and long term decision making.
• Establish, benchmark and monitor productivity parameters such as Bcm/hr., cycle times, fuel consumed per unit volume, human productivity index.
• Ensure generation of weekly and monthly mine plans and production schedules.
• Conduct survey volume evaluations and generate data required for invoicing.
• Monitor mining schedule and progress and advise on opportunities to optimize operations.
• Annual Budgeting for the mine and budget tracking.
• Deliver technical support to the Drill and Blast team, including reporting, rosters, drill and blast plans and schedules.
• Perform any other mine technical function as required by management within his scope of knowledge/expertise.
• Act as Technical services Manager when required.
