Job summary

El Seif Group is seeking a senior MEP Project Manager to oversee the development of KSA national employees, drive Saudization targets, and ensure high standards across construction programs. The role emphasizes integrity, safety, and effective stakeholder collaboration with clients, consultants, and authorities.

The position requires a Mechanical or Electrical engineering background with 10–15 years in MEP and at least 5 years managerial experience, plus NEBOSH/OSHA certification and strong

Qualifications

• 10–15 years experience in MEP construction and project management.
• At least 5 years in a managerial position.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic a plus.
• Safety certifications such as NEBOSH or OSHA are mandatory.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Budgeting, cost control, and contracts knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead national employees development to support Saudization and internal capability growth.
• Input to HR on succession planning and career growth.
• Ensure team operates with integrity, safety, quality and governance.
• Ensure compliance with Code of Ethics and company values.
• Oversee ERP and systems adoption within the function.
• Represent the company with owners, architects, consultants, vendors and regulators.
• Chair MEP meetings and manage project schedule alignment
• Manage requisitions, payments, and cash flow across projects
• Deliver project documentation, warranties, and training to owners
• Oversee subcontractor closeout and handover processes
