Job summary

ECEC East Consulting Engineering Company is seeking an senior MEP engineering leader to drive design across Riyadh HQ and Cairo Offshore. The role directs cross-location teams, ensures code-compliant, high-quality MEP outputs, and advances QA/QC practices while coordinating with architecture and other disciplines through BIM workflows.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in MEP, with 5+ years in senior management, GCC experience, and Chartered Engineer status.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Chartered Engineer (Saudi Council for Engineers) or equivalent required.
15+ years MEP experience with 5+ years in leadership roles, GCC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee MEP design quality and code compliance across all stages (CD–IFC).
Lead Riyadh and Cairo teams, manage performance, and drive capability development.
Monitor project programs, resource loading, and milestone achievement.
Coordinate MEP design with Architecture and other disciplines; BIM coordination.
Represent MEP capabilities in client meetings and design reviews; respond to RFIs.
Enforce QA/QC procedures and engineering standards; report KPIs.
Plan growth, define roles, and scale MEP capacity for 3–5 year expansion.
Develop and motivate teams to achieve corporate objectives.
Explore AI solutions to improve design delivery and coordination.
