Job summary

Mohammad Al-Habib Real Estate Investment Company is seeking a Senior Mechanical Site Engineer for a landmark high-rise towers development in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will act as the Main Contractor's/Developer's site engineer, taking full responsibility for direct execution, resourcing, and delivery of mechanical works.

Responsibilities include supervising HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting, and chilled water systems, coordinating with civil, electrical, and architectural teams, reviewing shop

Qualifications

• 10+ years of mechanical engineering experience on high-rise tower projects.
• Direct, hands-on execution background required.
• Familiarity with BIM-coordinated shop drawings and site verification.

Responsibilities

• Act as Main Contractor's/Developer's site engineer for mechanical works.
• Supervise HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting, and chilled-water installations.
• Coordinate mechanical works with civil, electrical, and architectural teams.
• Verify shop drawings and BIM coordination on site.
• Record inspections, manage labor/subcontractors, and verify QA/QC.
• Coordinate with Technical Team and design consultants on RFIs.
• Mentor junior engineers and support testing and commissioning.
