Job summary

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in field engineering or similar.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment operation.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Experience with maintenance, repair, and installation procedures.
• Familiarity with technical documentation and CAD drawings.
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and client interaction skills.
• Willingness to travel to multiple job sites.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and test mechanical equipment per specs.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical failures using analysis.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Prepare technical reports and logs for field activities.
• Inspect equipment and analyze performance data for optimization.
• Coordinate with clients, PMs, and teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure safety and environmental compliance at sites.
• Provide guidance to junior technicians as needed.
• Manage spare parts inventory and tools.
• Travel to sites to support project requirements.
