Job summary

• Experience with testing and commissioning and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct systematic inspections of mechanical systems on active construction sites.
• Verify HVAC and plumbing installations against drawings, specs and method statements.
• Review compliance with Saudi Building Code and international standards.
• Identify non-conforming work and recommend corrective actions.
• Witness testing and commissioning activities and document results.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers and contractors for issue resolution.
