Job summary

AL ITTEFAQ STEEL PRODUCTS CO. in Dammam is seeking a Senior Mechanic (10415) to perform repairs on mobile equipment such as excavators, shovels and forklifts, and to assist the foreman with troubleshooting.

You will also conduct generator repairs and preventive maintenance, ensure a clean and safe work area, withdraw required materials from stores, and uphold HS&E policies and PPE usage as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

Repair equipment such as excavator, shovel, forklift, and other mobile equipment.
Assist foreman in troubleshooting.
Follow HS&E safety policies and maintain a clean work area.
Report damaged PPE, unsafe equipment or hazards.

Responsibilities

Perform generator repair and preventive maintenance for mobile equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance for all mobile equipment.
Repair and maintenance of shear/baler machine.
Withdraw materials needed from stores.
Maintain PPE in good and safe condition and follow safety instructions.
Report accidents, near misses or hazards to responsible staff.
Attend safety trainings planned for them.
